The Micronational Statistics Bureau has gained its first three members – the Kingdom of Jupiter, the Republic of Aenderia, and the Empire of Alperia. In addition to the Amissopian Federation, this makes the organisation four members strong.
This certainly makes it nothing close to a rival to the biggest international organisation in the micronational sphere, the Grand Unified Micronational, the closest thing the community has ever had to a successful United Nations-style organisation, which boasts twenty full members and two observer states.
Both the Principality of Squamily and Friends – represented by Nicholas Randouler – and the newly-formed Soviet Socialist Republics of Aarbaro of Artemis Langford have expressed interest in the organisation, though so far neither party have ratified the Bureau charter.
A Bureau spokesperson said they intended to begin setting up definitions for statistics and collecting data from member states after five nations had made themselves party to the organisation’s charter.
